What am I doing here?

Jesus says," Doctor come to heal the sick people, not the healthy person. So was the son of God came for the sinner, not the saint."

Today, I told the principal of the center regarding the homework of those students. My initial intend is to let her know that what subject are those students weak at and their attitude in completing the homework.

I was disappointed by her respond, when I first mentioned a student who is weak, because she responsed like the student by nature is weak, it is alright for him to answer the question wrongly, then straightaway ask who else having the same problem. But, I was intended to praise the student for he is willing to take initiative to come over and ask for help. So, while she tackle, I was like...%^&%$*&^

Aren't we here to help student to improve their understanding on the subject? Aren't we supposed to pay more attention over student who is weak and willing to learn? Aren't we here to guide the student method to study, instead of giving up the answer to them?

From what I observed within these days, the students who are weak and deserved a red-cross is not that they are weak. They are just weak in understanding the context, need more guidance, however. They are willing to learn, they actually can pick up as well as the other students. But, from her eyes those good students seems more important than the rest. Ironically, her good students also get wrong in the same question, and one of the good students is her daughter. Sadly, most of them looking for easy way out in completing the homework.
